Package Labeling

Labels often enhance the buying experience with images, descriptions and marketing messages. The type of label material may require vacuum applicators to remove the pressure sensitive label from the roll to apply it to a product in a high-speed process. For paper labels vacuum is used to pick and apply the label to a glued surface on the package. The key to accurate label position and quality is a clean dry package. The Adamark™ brand blower driven air knife drying or cleaning system is used to ensure the product being labelled is clean and dry. Labels won’t wrinkle, slip, tear or crease when applied to a dry package. When excess powder is on the exterior of a plastic container, the Adamark™ blower driven air knife cleaning system cascades air over a Haug brand anti-static ionizing bar to eliminate static charge on the bottle to allow the powder to fall off with minimal air from the air knife. This prevents dust clouds and airborne dust caused by the air knife cleaning.
