Adamark™ 302 Can and Bottle Drying Enclosure
The Adamark™ 302 air knife drying system was developed originally for the water bottling industry to dry single file cold fill pet bottles at speeds up to 1200 bottles per minute. The success criteria was to deliver dry condensate free bottles to the labeler for the application of paper labels and ink jet codes without the residual water splash creating maintenance to the labeler and coding equipment.
The high-speed single stage centrifugal blower is installed in a splashguard all stainless enclosure under the conveyor. The built-in deep tray drip pan allows the water removed from the bottles and belt to be directed to a floor drain.
The all stainless and lexan top splash enclosure fits over the conveyor and mounts onto the blower base enclosure. The truly unique and effective ADAMARK brand legacy design three stage bottle drying system is built into the enclosure to dry the cans and bottles to meet your specifications.
